Our approach to ESG is thoughtful and evolving, aligning with our broader strategy. This Policy will be reviewed and amended accordingly at least annually in order to reflect 7Leaf’s ESG goals and objectives.
Environmental
7Leaf aims to develop its pharmaceutical cannabis facilities with a strong focus on water efficiency, energy optimization, and environmental responsibility. Planned measures may include water recycling, efficient irrigation, renewable energy solutions, and the potential use of biomass or captured CO₂ to support greenhouse production. Through these initiatives, 7Leaf seeks to reduce its environmental footprint and promote a more sustainable production model.
Social
7Leaf is expected to support local economic growth through high-value production, skilled employment opportunities, and potential collaborations with academic and clinical institutions. The project is being designed with an inclusive workplace approach, including practical provisions that could enable employment opportunities for people with mobility limitations. Through future research, education, and responsible communication, 7Leaf aims to help reduce stigma around medical cannabis by highlighting its therapeutic value and broader social contribution.
Governance & Ethics
7Leaf aims to operate under a strong governance framework, guided by ethical business conduct, responsible decision-making, and disciplined risk management. As the company develops, governance policies and internal procedures are expected to be regularly reviewed and updated to support compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This framework may include a Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, Anti-Money Laundering Policy, and Discrimination & Harassment Policy, helping to promote integrity, accountability, and long-term sustainable growth.
